Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Imperial Apparel. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made on our platform. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Item (wrong product, color, or style)
  • Damaged Items (photo/video proof required)
  • Wrong Size Sent (our error)

Important: Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Proof (photos/videos) is required before we can process returns or refunds.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under these conditions:

  • Wrong Size Sent: We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
  • Change of Mind/Ordered Wrong Size: Exchanges only, item must be unused and in original packaging. Customer covers return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 14 days window
  • Used or without original packaging
  • Orders placed incorrectly (contact us within 1 day of order)

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item. If approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Exchange: Contact us within 14 days.
  2. Return the Item: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof (photos/videos).
  3. Exchange Approval: Once approved, we will send the replacement item. You may place a new order for the replacement while your return is processed.

Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please only return items after approval. We can’t process returns if the items don’t meet the criteria.
  • Please review your order before placing. We can't process returns if wrong items or size were placed by the customer.
