Please let us know ASAP if you want to modify your order, we won't be able to cancel or make any modification once shipped.

What is your shipping policy?

We typically ship orders within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery, as we ship internationally from overseas locations. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How can I track my order?

Order tracking number will be provide after the order has been shipped. Please allow some time for it to be registered and updated.

I haven't received my order

Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery, after that period of time please contact us ASAP through Contact Us page to be assisted.

What is your return and refund policy?
